Shipping, Returns & Refunds
SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders with items that are in stock are processed and shipped within 48-72 business hours after the order is received.
The primary method of shipping is USPS (United States Postal Service). Other carriers are available. They include, but are not limited to: UPS Ground and FedEx. When choosing an alternative service, certain restrictions may apply and additional charges may result. Vermontana will in good faith exercise its best discretion when choosing the carrier for shipment, taking into consideration the timeliness of delivery and quality of delivery service. Expedited shipping is available to most locations for an additional cost.
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the shipping address is correct prior to submitting the order. Customers may incur additional charges to have the shipping address changed if it is incorrect. Vermontana is not responsible for any charges due to customer error.
Vermontana currently ships throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada (international.) Shipping costs are based generally on USPS Flat Rates with the provided shipping containers utilized for all applicable orders, and often included in the product price. Final shipping costs are provided during check out, and prior to final confirmation of purchase.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Vermontana will gladly accept returns within 14 business days from date of receipt of your order. In this event, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive an item(s) that is damaged please contact us immediately at vermontana2017@gmail, with an attached photo of the damage. We will either replace the damaged items OR offer a refund of the merchandise amount at our discretion.
Please do not return the damaged items before you have had a chance to contact us first.
Items cannot be returned after 14 business days from the receipt of the original order
In the event of a returned item, Vermontana will insect the item once received and issue a refund less the shipping costs. This refund will be issued to the credit card used at purchase within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the item.
